Cellotone Restorative is excellent in the wintertime when many funeral homes are overheated and dry. It is also excellent for the summer month because it prevents tissue shrinkage and restores fullness to shrunken tissues. The lowest rate of moisture loss is experienced when Cellotone Restorative is a part of the embalming solution; and works best when added to the diluted fluid during the final injection. Simply adding four or five ounces to the arterial solution significantly upgrades the final embalming results. Cellotone Restorative is characterized by low volatility and does not give off water vapor easily. It is a superior Humectant and Emollient.
